Another P1:8 Haiti Team traveled to Haiti in April 2010. They worked in Jacmel (on the southern coast) with Cody and Maria Whitaker (who are missionaries to Haiti). They helped to build a house for a family of 11, visited a hospital and after school program, developed relationships with local kids, and visited a church/orphanage that lost its building from the earthquake. They also had an afternoon to enjoy the beauty of Bassin Bleu, a series of waterfalls in the mountains outside of Jacmel.

Please continue to pray for the people of Haiti. We will have opportunities for you to join us on future trips so you can witness firsthand (and minister in person) to people who have great needs--physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
